Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Veyra. By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Veyra. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement. Users aged 13–17 should have parental awareness of their use of the platform.

You must provide accurate information — including your real date of birth — when creating an account. Providing false information, including a false age, is a violation of these Terms.

2. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password.
• You may not share your account or allow others to use it.
• One account per person. Creating duplicate accounts is not permitted.
• You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, threatening, defamatory, or hateful.
• Share content that violates another person's privacy or intellectual property rights.
• Upload malware, spam, or any harmful code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or other users' accounts.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the platform without prior written permission.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Use the platform for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

4. Content

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant Veyra a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, and distribute that content within the platform.

We may remove content that violates these Terms without notice. We are not responsible for content posted by users.

5. Advertising

Veyra may display contextual advertisements. Ads are based on your stated interests and age tier — not behavioural tracking. We do not show behavioural or targeted ads to users aged 13–17.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on severity. You may also close your account at any time.

7. Platform availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will endeavour to give reasonable notice for significant changes.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Veyra is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Veyra and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you retain any statutory rights you have under your local law.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. We'll notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
