Every field below is a circumference — wrap the tape all the way around, snug but not tight — except Height, which is your standing height floor-to-head. Stand relaxed, arms at your sides, tape horizontal (level with the floor) at each spot.

• Height — the one length measurement: barefoot, standing straight, floor to the top of your head.
• Weight — bathroom scale, not tape.
• Neck — all the way around, just below the Adam's apple, head facing forward.
• Shoulders — around the torso at shoulder height, over the deltoids (like a chest measurement, just higher) — not the tailor's shoulder-tip-to-shoulder-tip line.
• Chest — around the ribcage at nipple line, relaxed breathing (not inhaled or exhaled).
• Waist — around your natural waist, the narrowest point, roughly navel level.
• Hips — around the widest point of your hips/glutes.
• Arm — around the upper arm/bicep at its widest point, arm relaxed and hanging (not flexed).
• Thigh — around the upper thigh, just below the glute fold.
• Calf — around the widest point of the calf muscle, leg straight (not flexed or on tiptoes).
